Psychic life is never one-dimensional.
It moves through shades of light and shadow, between intensity and silence.
Στο πλαίσιο της ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης και κατά τη διάρκεια της θεραπευτικής διαδρομής, υπάρχει πάντα ένα φως που επιμένει.
A point of inner connection and return to the self.

Evi Katara MSc
Clinical Psychologist
My name is Evi Katara, and my therapeutic approach is based on the coordination of individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions, as well as on supporting the members of their families. My work is grounded in my clinical experience and shaped through personal development and self-awareness.
Seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it is an act of care towards oneself.

Services
My clinical approach focuses on understanding the internal processes that influence the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Within the framework of therapeutic exploration, space is created for individuals to recognise their personal difficulties and the recurring patterns that connect them, to understand them with greater clarity, acceptance, and insight, and to work through them with deeper awareness. The psychotherapeutic journey is a gradual process of reconnecting with the self. Psychological experiences begin to acquire meaning, while difficulties can be processed with safety, emotional regulation, and inner strengthening.

Scientific Publication
My research focused on the lived experiences of women with alopecia, highlighting the psychological, social, and emotional impact of this experience. Engaging with this topic strengthened my interest in issues related to self-image, identity, psychological resilience, and empowerment.

Podcasts & Awareness-Raising Activities
I collaborated with journalist Ms Giota Zangana on the podcast «Το Λες;», where everyday topics were approached through a psychological and scientific perspective. Through our discussions, issues related to relationships, internal processes, and experiences that concern us all were brought to light, creating space for thought and reflection. I warmly thank Giota Zangana for her trust and for our excellent collaboration.
